This ministry is privileged

to show the love of Jesus

each weekday to those who

come to us with a variety of

needs. Whether it’s clothing,

food, household items,

school supplies, a Bible or

spiritual counsel and prayer

-- we do all we can to let

people know that God loves

them and hasn’t forgotten

God has blessed us with some wonderful financial donors -- churches, foundations, service clubs and individuals -- who believe in this ministry. They make it possible for us to lovingly serve people in the name of Jesus.

We’re also blessed by a community that

daily donates a variety of goods for us to

give away to those who cannot afford

such items -- clothing, blankets, towels,

sheets, kitchen items, and electronics.

Our primary workforce is made up of

volunteers!  If you’re looking for a Christ-centered ministry to use your gifts as a volunteer, please contact us!

Our hours of operation:  Mon-Fri, 9-12, 1- 4.  First weekend of every month: Closed Friday and open Saturday, 9 am - 12.

Closed on major holidays.

We are excited to

announce that we have

been gifted the building

of the Woodlawn

Church of Christ on

North 10th Street. This

location will allow us to

expand in many needed

areas so that we can serve our neighbors better. The building needs extensive renovations to be brought up to code, so we have started a Capital Campaign to raise the funds. Check out the details on out Capital Campaign page for details and to give a donation.

Operation Blue Jeans has begun!  Many low-income children and their parents are coming here to get ready for school this fall.  And we have the opportunity to help them start the year in a very positive way.

We need your help in purchasing new school clothes, school supplies and children’s Bibles for these kids – along with covering our administrative expenses in running this program.

For $40 you can help one child with new school clothes, children’s Bible and school supplies.  For $80 you can help two children.

Thank you for considering a gift for the children of Abilene!

Because He gave first,

Jim Clark,
